The firm has an extensive practice in representing self-insured and carriers in a multitude of other complex coverage matters and we are skilled in handling both mediation and arbitration proceedings. These include claims arising out of Comprehensive General Liability policies, life and disability insurance, homeowners' policies, professional liability and directors' and officers' coverage.
