Insurance Coverage & Defense

The firm represents insureds, insurers and self-insureds, in the analysis, negotiation and defense of covered and potentially covered claims including defect claims, and major casualty losses from such things as construction accidents, commercial vehicle crashes, and other policy related occurrences. The firm has an extensive practice in representing self-insured and carriers in a multitude of other complex coverage matters and we are skilled in handling both mediation and arbitration proceedings. These include claims arising out of Comprehensive General Liability policies, life and disability insurance, homeowners' policies, professional liability and directors' and officers' coverage.
